Spomasz Pleszew is a Polish manufacturer of machinery and equipment for the food industry. The company has tradition of 120 years as the beginning of production reaches 1886. The company continues to grow dynamically and its products are being exported to over thirty countries around the world, including Germany, France, Russia, China, Japan, Mexico, Guatemala, Saudi Arabia and the USA.
The Polish manufacturer decided to unusually implement the CMMS system, which functionalities were well suited for client service. Thanks to the ability of remote and mobile failure notification (as well as other events or information) system has become a tool for the servicing of already sold machines.
Every customer of Spomasz Pleszew is given access to the system including full list of machines owned. Due to appropriately distributed permissions, the client (user) does not have access to the devices purchased by other companies. System works with browser interface and therefore allows easy and fast creation of service request, which are passed to the producer.
The system also collects all other information typical for CMMS solutions allowing to analyze and prepare individual report for clients. As Pleszew proves, the CMMS system is not only a tool for internal management of the maintenance, but also an ideal solution for improving the after-sale service.
